Original Passport Required *

Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel, having minimum 3 to 4 blank back pages.

Cover Letter *

Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number, and the purpose of travel.

Photographs (Size: 35mm x 45mm) *

Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Yellow Fever *

Yellow Fever Certificate is required at the time of travel only and not during the visa processing.

Occupation Proof *

If Self-Employed / Business

1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership Deed if Partner and Proprietorship Certificate if Proprietor)
2. Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of the last 3 years
3. Company Starting Date

If Employed / Service Person

1. No Objection Certificate from the current employer for the duration of travel
2. Salary slips for the last three months or salary certificate from the employer
3. Job joining date

If Student

1. Provide student ID card

Hotel *

Please provide confirmed hotel voucher.

Ticket *

Please provide confirmed round trip ticket.
