Please provide 3 years ITR with acknowledgment page.

Bank Statement (PDF) *

Downloaded personal bank statement for the last six months mentioning the bank’s name and bank’s telephone number clearly. Minimum balance required: 2 Lakhs INR.

Aadhar Card *

Clear copy required. Blurred documents will not be accepted.

Travel Insurance *

Clear copy required. Blurred documents will not be accepted.
