Photographs (Size: 35mm x 45mm) *

Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Cover Letter *

Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number, and the purpose of travel.

Hotel *

Please provide confirmed hotel voucher.

Ticket *

Please provide confirmed round trip ticket.

Day to Day Itinerary *

Provide a detailed day-to-day itinerary including sightseeing plans and places to be visited during the stay.

Yellow Fever *

Yellow Fever Certificate is required at the time of travel only and not during the visa processing.

Bank Statements *

Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months with bank signature and stamp. Minimum balance required: 2 Lakhs INR.

ITR *

Please provide 3 years ITR with acknowledgment page.

Occupation Proof *

If Self-Employed / Business

1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership Deed if Partner and Proprietorship Certificate if Proprietor).
2. Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of the last 3 years.
3. Company Starting Date.

If Employed / Service Person

1. No Objection Certificate from the current employer for the duration of travel.
2. Salary slips for the last three months or salary certificate from the employer.
3. Job joining date.

If Student

1. Provide student ID card.

Invitation Letter *

Invitation from the invite company.

Invitee Passport Copy *

Please provide a copy of the invitee’s passport.
