Day to Day Itinerary *

Provide a detailed day-to-day itinerary including sightseeing plans and places to be visited during your stay and travel.

Photographs (Size: 35mm x 45mm) *

Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Bank Statement (PDF) *

Downloaded personal bank statement for the last six months mentioning the bank’s name and bank’s telephone number clearly. Minimum balance required: 2 Lakhs INR.

Occupation Proof *

If Self-Employed / Business

1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership Deed if Partner and Proprietorship Certificate if Proprietor).
2. Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of the last 3 years.
3. Company Starting Date.

If Employed / Service Person

1. No Objection Certificate from the current employer for the duration of travel.
2. Salary slips for the last three months or salary certificate from the employer.
3. Job joining date.

If Student

1. Provide student ID card.

Hotel *

Please provide confirmed hotel voucher.

Ticket *

Please provide confirmed round trip ticket.
