Cover Letter *

Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number, and the purpose of travel.

Hotel *

Please provide confirmed hotel voucher.

Ticket *

Please provide confirmed round trip ticket.

ITR *

Please provide ITR for the last 3 years along with acknowledgement pages.

Bank Statements *

Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months with bank signature and stamp (Minimum balance/funds required: 2 Lakhs INR).

Travel Insurance *

Blurred documents will not be accepted.

Aadhar Card *

Blurred documents will not be accepted.

Please provide scanned copies of all documents for the visa process. After approval is received from the Embassy, original documents will be required for submission to the Embassy.
