Cover Letter *

Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number, and the purpose of travel.

ITR *

Please provide 3 years ITR with acknowledgment page.

Bank Statements *

Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months with bank signature and stamp (minimum balance required: 2 Lakhs).

Invitation Letter *

Invitation from inviting company.

Hotel *

Please provide confirmed hotel voucher.

Ticket *

Please provide confirmed round-trip ticket.

Occupation Proof *

If Self-Employed / Business

1. Relationship proof with the company (MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor).
2. Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last 3 years.
3. Company starting date.

If Employed / Service Person

1. No Objection Certificate from the current employer for the duration of travel.
2. Salary slips for the last three months or salary certificate from the employer.
3. Job joining date.

If Student

1. Provide student ID card.

Aadhar Card *

Old Passport Required *

If old passport is lost, a police FIR is required.
