Downloaded personal bank statement for last six months mentioning the bank’s name and bank’s telephone number clearly (minimum balance required: 2 Lakhs).

Occupation Proof *

If Self-Employed / Business

1. Relationship proof with the company (MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor).
2. Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last 3 years.
3. Company starting date.

If Employed / Service Person

1. No Objection Certificate from the current employer for the duration of travel.
2. Salary slips for the last three months or salary certificate from the employer.
3. Job joining date.

If Student

1. Provide student ID card.
