Downloaded personal bank statement for the last six months mentioning the bank’s name and bank’s telephone number clearly. Minimum balance required: 2 Lakhs INR.
Day to Day Itinerary *
Your day to day itinerary with sightseeing and places you will visit during your stay and travel.
Occupation Proof *
If Self-Employed / Business
- Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
- Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last three years
- Company starting date
If Employed / Service Person
- No objection certificate from the current employer for the duration of travel
- Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the employer
