Please provide confirmed round trip ticket.

Hotel *

Please provide confirmed hotel voucher.

Occupation Proof *

If Self-Employed / Business

1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership Deed if Partner and Proprietorship Certificate if Proprietor).
2. Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of the last 3 years.
3. Company Starting Date.

If Employed / Service Person

1. No Objection Certificate from the current employer for the duration of travel.
2. Salary slips for the last three months or salary certificate from the employer.
3. Job joining date.

If Student

1. Provide student ID card.

Bank Statement (PDF) *

Downloaded personal bank statement for the last six months mentioning the bank’s name and telephone number clearly. Minimum balance required: 2 Lakhs INR.

Cover Letter *

Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number, and the purpose of travel.

Aadhaar Card *

Please provide a clear copy of the Aadhaar Card. Blurred documents will not be accepted.

NOC *

No Objection Certificate from the current employer.

ITR *

Please provide Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 years along with the acknowledgement pages.
