Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
Ticket *
Please provide confirmed round-trip ticket.
Bank Statements *
Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months with bank signature and stamp (Minimum balance/funds required: 2 Lakhs INR).
Hotel *
Please provide confirmed hotel voucher.
Occupation Proof *
If Self-Employed / Business
- Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership Deed if Partner, and Proprietorship Certificate if Proprietor).
- Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of the last 3 years.
- Company starting date.
If Employed / Service Person
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer for the duration of travel.
- Salary slips for the last three months or salary certificate from the employer.
- Job joining date.
If Student
- Provide student ID card.
Cover Letter *
Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number, and the purpose of travel.
Day to Day Itinerary *
Provide a detailed day-to-day itinerary, including sightseeing plans and places to be visited during your stay and travel.
Yellow Fever Certificate *
Yellow Fever Certificate is required at the time of travel only and is not required during the visa processing stage.
