Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Ticket *

Please provide confirmed round-trip ticket.

Bank Statements *

Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months with bank signature and stamp (Minimum balance/funds required: 2 Lakhs INR).

Hotel *

Please provide confirmed hotel voucher.

Occupation Proof *

If Self-Employed / Business

1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership Deed if Partner, and Proprietorship Certificate if Proprietor).
2. Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of the last 3 years.
3. Company starting date.

If Employed / Service Person

1. No Objection Certificate from the current employer for the duration of travel.
2. Salary slips for the last three months or salary certificate from the employer.
3. Job joining date.

If Student

1. Provide student ID card.

Cover Letter *

Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number, and the purpose of travel.

Day-to-Day Itinerary *

Detailed itinerary mentioning sightseeing plans, places to be visited, and travel schedule during the stay.

Invitation Letter *

Invitation letter from the inviting company.

ITR *

Please provide Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 years along with acknowledgement pages.

Travel Insurance *

Clear and readable travel insurance document. Blur documents will not be approved.
