Please provide Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 years along with acknowledgement pages.

Occupation Proof *

If Self-Employed / Business

1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership Deed if Partner, and Proprietorship Certificate if Proprietor).
2. Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of the last 3 years.
3. Company starting date.

If Employed / Service Person

1. No Objection Certificate from the current employer for the duration of travel.
2. Salary slips for the last three months or salary certificate from the employer.
3. Job joining date.

If Student

1. Provide student ID card.

Hotel *

Please provide confirmed hotel voucher.

Bank Statements *

Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months with bank signature and stamp (Minimum funds required: INR 2 Lakhs).

Ticket *

Please provide confirmed round-trip ticket.

Photographs (Size: 35mm x 45mm) *

Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

NOC *

No Objection Certificate from the current employer.

Invitation Letter *

Invitation letter from the inviting company.

Invite Company Trade License *

Please provide a clear copy of the invite company’s trade license. Blurred documents will not be approved.

Invite ID *

Please provide a clear copy of the inviter’s ID. Blurred documents will not be approved.

Cover Letter *

Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number, and purpose of travel.
